Personal Coaching
Coaching is about uncovering or discovering the next step(s) through purposeful conversation. In a supportive one-on-one environment, each session focuses on something meaningful for the client, allowing for new awareness to emerge and intentions to be solidified.
I offer a safe space to creative souls and arts industry folk to nurture who they are and who they want to be. Personal Coaching can be a space to clear creative blocks, work through fears, clarify big decisions and be accountable to them.

Business Mentoring
Mentoring is a partnership with someone who is slightly further along the path, whether that be in a sense of personal growth, business knowledge or a specific career path.
Business Mentoring with me can be a space to validate a creative idea for monetization, clarify revenue streams, analyze and understand the market, plan for growth and assess key priorities. I may also share from my own experiences as a creative entrepreneur and an artist.

Accountability
Sometimes, we need an ‘ART Rate Check’ between sessions to support commitment to the action steps decided in coaching or mentoring.
These accountability sessions are available to book after at least one coaching or mentoring session is completed and are designed to help keep you on the creative path, even when no-one is looking.
Document Review
For creatives who are working on submissions for grants, competitions and other opportunities such as further education, feedback and guidance is available within the scope of my expertise.
Document review services are available to book after at least one business mentoring session is completed and the upcoming submission discussed.
Group Sessions
In addition to one-on-one conversations, I also offer coaching sessions and co-working opportunities for small groups. This creates space to gain insight through the collective wisdom of others and can be a growthful space for those who prefer a group setting.
